  • An appointment is for one person only, where another member of the family needs to be seen a longer appointment should be requested
  • The Group Practice takes seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of the staff or other patients. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be warned to curtail their behaviour. If a patient persists, the Group Practice may exercise their right to take action to have them   removed, immediately if necessary from the relevant GP’s patient list.
