Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the GP’s discretion and are normally for patients on long term treatment. Requests may be made by either leaving the right hand portion of the previous repeat prescription form issued at Reception or completing a request form available at Reception or by sending your request into the Practice with a stamped addressed envelope enclosed.
Repeat prescriptions can also be forwarded to the Pharmacy of your choice at your request.

Please allow two working days after submission of the repeat prescription request form before collecting prescriptions from the Group Practice. Please allow three working days after submission of the repeat prescription request form before collecting prescriptions from your preferred pharmacy.

Please note: Where Postal requests are submitted please remember they have to be posted back to you therefore please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope or the practice will be unable to send this back to you.
